Our home buying experience with Jessica began almost 6 months ago when my husband and I moved from New York to Florida. Allow me to preface this review by saying this is the FIRST review I have ever taken the time to write….and that’s because my experience working with Jessica compelled me to write this. She is the most vivacious and hardworking realtor we have ever come across, and simply put our home buying experience would not have been the same without her.
Six months ago my husband and I decided to relocate to South Florida from NYC. This was a tough decision, but one we had to make for his work. Being that neither of us are familiar with South Florida, I knew there would be many more tough decisions to come…and probably the most stressful is where we would be living. NYC was easy but this is not the case for South Florida! So many choices! The only choice we had predetermined was that we wanted to live in Boca Raton to be near family.
We are so lucky that my husband’s parents (who live in Boca Raton) were able to refer us to a realtor that LITERALLY changed our lives. Jessica’s knowledge base of South Florida, diligence, and attention to details was evident from our first call. From the very beginning, she was just on top of EVERYTHING. We had an initial sit down to talk about neighborhoods, our budget, etc. and she worked to put together a plan that felt so us, so personalized and yet so professional. She sourced homes for us to check out and it wasn't uncommon to me to receive emails from her in the middle of the night with updates. She was also very much in tune with what our priorities were when looking for our home.
Having lived in NYC for the past five years, this was our first home and like most new and excited “lookers” we didn’t realize all of the decisions that were to come. Country club or no country club? East or west? Private or public school? She talked us through all of it. We knew nothing and it was clear it would take some time. Fortunately, Jessica has an extensive network and was able to get us a short-term lease in a beautiful condo on the beach (also her listing!).
A few weeks into viewing homes, Jessica gave us a call to tell us about a pocket listing in Long Lake Estates that she thought would be perfect for us. Well, it certainly was! We were the first buyers to see the house, and immediately put in an offer. Long Lake is a pretty exclusive community with beautiful homes on acre + properties. The fact that Jessica found us this listing before it even went on the market is truly amazing. I can guarantee that if the house hit the market we would not have gotten the deal we did. Jessica is a hard bargainer and her no-nonsense negotiation tactics drove the price down to where we needed it to be.
We moved in to our amazing new home two weeks ago, and Jessica has been a great reference for all the renovation, repair, landscaping, etc. jobs we need. Jessica will always be our first realtor recommendation to friends & family, and we truly feel like we’ve made a lifelong friend in the process!
Jessica is an excellent agent! She sold our condo fast and helped us with the new construction house we bought. I highly recommend having Jessica as your agent!
A truly fantastic experience! My home was listed for less than 60 days before Jessica SOLD it! In a market that has slowed drastically and a price range in the 7 figures this was very impressive! To top it all off it had been listed prior to Jessica with no success!
